Hi

I was taking a couple of pics of my 350SE (Num 21) today for somebody as I am think of selling it!

I was surprised and pleased with the chassis condition. But it means if I keep her I have more work to do before the spring.

At least the exhaust is a stainless one. Well up to the manifolds.

Chassis just needs a good clean.

The fuel pump and filter look OK but I will change the filter and check the fuel pipes before the spring.

O! well I will have to move things around so I can get her on my ramp so the cleaning can start!

Andy

That looks quite clean underneath already. If you were to clean it up properly I think it would come up a treat. My previous 350SE that I sold a few years ago is up for sale on the Bay at 10.5K so it seems the 350SE's are starting to fetch serious money. Good luck with the project Andy.

Cameras OK it's the operator. (Unlike some I will not blame the equ for a poor pic.)
The pics were taken by my holding it below the bottom of the body and just pressing the button, as that's the best I can do, I didn't know what I was taking a pic off untill I saw the result. Considering this time last year I could not even really stand let alone lean down and hold a camera and take a pic (blind) I am pleased to have taken what I have.

Never gonna make that money - it's been up for sale for months and months, pretty sure it's with a different dealer now as well.

I do tend to agree with you that 10.5K is a bit lively and the seller is in for a long wait. Then again, they do say that a car is worth what someone is willing to pay for it. One thing I do know is that when I used to own that car, the performance was frightening. Fitted with a V8 developments engine and specially tuned it was absolutely awesome.

Hi

Yes £10.5k is a bit high for a 350SE, that car has been up for sale for some time, on and off e-bay as well!
It's had a lot of engine work done to it, and that's why they want the price it's at. But as we know you don't always get back what you put into it, also it's now not as original spec, that will also put a few people off buying it!

My car is original and has only done 37525 miles and I would not want that for mine, yes it would be nice but the sensible price for a good original low milage 350SE is around £5.5 to £6.5K but again it's only worth what somebodys prepared to pay for it!
