Will have a look at this for you tomorrow and let you know if those figures are sensible or not and what we could offer you too.

Have you had a test drive ? I've driven most of the XF range and that 2.2d is rather agricultural. I had one for a few days and couldnt wait to give it back. The 3.0 Diesel is a lot better and I still got 45MPG and I was pushing it around a fair bit.

The later ones are better. I had a 13-plate 2.2 200 courtesy car recently. Much better than a previous 62-plate. I guess they've stuffed more sounds-proofing in there.

Still prefer the 3.0 though smile

Have just done some comparable figures for you.

I have got two XF Sportbrake 2.2D (200PS) R-Sports due in shortly. One in Lunar Grey, the other in Stratus Grey. Both have the Park Aid Pack, Space Saver, and in addition the Black Pack.

I could do either of these cars for £2,982.18 down and 23 x £497.03.

That is a total saving of just under £180 on the payments but also including a £750 option.

Perhaps you could let me know your thoughts?

Many thanks for taking the time to have a look at this for me

She/we would prefer the dark blue and don't need the Black Pack, for £180 I would prefer to use a local dealer.

But again thanks and I will be in touch when due to change biggrin

I like your style , if I even hinted to my Mrs she'd be getting a diesel I'd have very sore knackers for a while ... downside of having a petrolhead Mrs.
