Jalali - how similar to a Tikka Massala should this be (if at all)?


Weeks ago, I ordered something from the local & it was fantastic.


But I forgot what is was called & every time I order what I think it was, I get something different.

Latterly, I ordered a Jalali, but it looked & tasted just like a Tikka Massala.


I was a rich dark sauce, highly spiced (red-brown) but not the constancy of a Tikka Massala.
