That could be taken one of two ways! Do you mean age in relation to whether he is still naturally creating test?

I would assume for both too young and your explanation.
Also OP how many years solid training experience do you have?

I'm 25. Been training hard for 11 months but nothing before that. The tablets I would be looking at. Recommended by a PT at my gym but rather get some advice first.

I tried some last year, I dont think they made much difference. Mainly a placebo effect I think.

Maybe look into trying Pro-Hormones? Ask your PT. Still fully legal and available over the counter, yet proven to make a difference.

I did some last year and put on some noticeable gains with them.

Read into them fully though, as with anything, there are downsides and aren't for everyone.

At 25 your natural test levels are most likely near there peak
Test boosters like Tribulis and such like will do nothing for you .

I would question any PT recommending taking Test boosters .

Only real boosters are PH or steroids but they replace natural levels and will shut down the natural test production

For only training for 11 months you are not near your natural potential levels yet .

Keep training and do your research on chemical assistance and make up your own mind if that's the route you want go in the future

I will add to this:
At 25 check your hormone levels via your doctor, if they're a little low natural test boosters may work.
If you're looking at pro hormones do your research, PCT is very important.
Again with injections same as above.
Lastly I thoroughly recommend two years minimum training before taking any pro hormone/steroid.

Tbh why your trainer is recommending test boosters natural or not is beyond me, he doesn't sound very good IMO.

What's your diet like?

The reason i ask is if you do Low carb diets the "Wrong way" It can effect the way your body produces Testosterone and increase the amount of Cortisol produces.

That's the only reason I could thing that someone would need to take a Test boosting supplement.

Personally I am very wary of T boosters or anything which messes with my hormones.

I take shakes (just standard whey) and eat a lot - and that's enough for me. Yes if I juiced I could be bigger and stronger, but it's just a step too far for me. Lifting is my hobby, not my entire lifestyle.

With that being said, I have a friend who took T boosters and he said they were good. He's a bit of a nutcase, but he is huge so perhaps if that's all you care about then go for it (but make sure you fully research first).

Stop playing with your meat stick.

By 5-7 days your testosterone levels can get as high as 147% in some studies...

I seem to have too much - you can borrow some if you want (I just can't seem to write that without it sounding SOOOOO gay!)!

Approx 8-9lbs in 6 weeks. I dont really weigh myself a lot but could tell difference in mirror and strength shot up.

Can PM you a link to the ones I had if you like, or suppose I could post here as they are legal.

Knocking booze on the head and making sure your diet and sleeping are maximised will provide far better gains than any 'natural' test booster.

Regarding pro-hormones & PCT, the hormones might be available OTC, but the PCT drugs aren't. You'd be better off going the hole hog in this regard, if you're going to bother at all.
