Radio controlled boat for 4 year old

I realise he won't be adept at controlling it but I want to start him off, we have a proper model boating lake near us and last week a chap and his lad had an RNLI type boat but it was gutless I want something a bit better max £100 ish - anyone?

Modelsport have a little rocketship for circa 30 quid. No experience of it but gets some good reviews.
