Took them less than 2 weeks total to do an address change on mine. That includes me sending mine to them.

Sometimes they can surprise you and do things within a week with postage included.

If you've got a photo licence and a new chip passport, you can do it on line.

I did my dad's for him last July and it took 3 days!
