996 C4S ABS failure light?

This suddenly came on on the way to work this morning????

It advises me to go to a workshop, ok makes sense. anyone any ideas if this is a serious fault? states ABS and PMS off.

I guess it's a female as most Porsches don't have PMS.

Possibly a wheel speed sensor.

Hi,

Get the error read at a garage and they will let you know the best course of action. It may re-set with key on and off..?

It is beneficial to have a working ABS system in our current weather conditions.

The fault appears to be the brake switch so will get that replaced and see .....
