20 AFM. Tech Info re install and what to do with mapping!

I've just been reading another thread and 20AFM meters came up.

I have a standard 450 with smooth elbow etc, de cat Y etc

Kind of like my Lucus system

So how much extra air can a 20 draw

What's the benefits and what exactly would I have to do to get the car tuning well again. I'm thinking of a bored out Plenom also, little mods to the standard theme is the approach.

What's the true return, 3hp!

Its not always about the power so I'm not swayed by that alone, will the car run even better, etc.
