Bookswise, this is good but more for when you've bought one: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Porsche-993-King-Essential... Very good on options, paint codes etc. US-centric.

great help guys - went to view one today and it got me round the car in a sensible way - sadly it needed too much cosmetically at the asking price.
