Does anyone know where I can buy the chromed instrument rims as my black ones are looking rather ropey!

I stand to be corrected but I think you will have to look at buying a whole new set of later style clocks or try painting your black rims.

I don’t think you can just buy chrome stick on rims, certainly the likes of Leven don’t do them...

The black and Chrome rimmed gauges are a different size .

I learned the hard way when fitting a second hand Leven dash ,after hours of work the gauges just fell through the hole in the dash eek

I went back to the house deflated ,tired and just wanted to cry .. A bottle of wine and a four pack settled me .nerd

I put chrome bezels on my very first griff back in 1999..... I just glued them over the originalssmile

Could you get the originals polished? They are aluminium I believe.
