Hi Mate...They are rarer than Santa's Claus.....Or is that Satan's claws....I think they were used on Cortina's and some Capri's might of had them...They are to stop the noise of the spring rattling...I tried to locate some for quite a while but gave up in the finish....Ziga

I believe they were from the Cortina rear suspension and used on the front for TVR...That one looks promising..I also wonder if these would fit..

Does anyone have any idea if the cortina rears are a,stock item at obsolete and if they fit the front of the wedge? Could always file them a bit or failing that start off with a thick square of rubber and work on it.

If they are the Cortina rear items these guy's have them for 13 euros each. Worth a look I think.

I wonder why TVR put these on in the first place as the Cortina didn't use them on the front. Strange. Has anyone chucked them away? Is there any problems in doing this?

Hi Mate...When i was trying to source some last year i asked the Ford guy if he knew where i could get any and he said they were only used as a cushion for the rear of the Cortina's spring to wishbone..Apparently the only purpose they served was to eradicate noise...And that i would be lucky to get any..Not sure what effect they would have if removed from the front of a Wedge..Probably just cause paranoia.....
