Grass track bangers Cornwall

Does anybody know much about North Cornwall Motor Racing Club, Netherbridge. Near launceston I think and Cornwall raceways near Helston?

Looking into banger rods, generally because the car will hopefully last longer. As there two tracks in Cornwall I'd like to attend both with the same vehicle. Netherbridge seems like they only allow estate and saloon cars??

When the season starts I'll go down and watch, does anybody race at both?
