06 Freelander 18" wheels - what tyre pressure?

we have just purchased a 3 door 06 diesel Freelander and it has the 'option' 18" rims. I cannot find any tyre inflation details.....what approx pressure should I use?

30psi.

I would double check against the hand book though.

I ran my freeby on 17s at 36psi, had no issues.
