Concerning the above, my passenger door pad has worn slightly causing the central locking to cease being central, or a lock at all.

Anyone know of a stockist of the 'pads', The Bible talks of biro tops (?), or will I have to find a suitable supplier and stamp my own?

Presumably you're talking about the pads that connect with the interior light plunger? If so, you could try the pads that you can buy to put under items to stop them scratching furniture etc.. Normally available in various sizes from numerous 'diy/hardware' type of places.

Foam anti-scratch pads from Poundland is exactly what I used when my passenger door pad fell off and central locking went haywire. Had no problems since!
