Dreadful Service

So I've recently listed my car on the classifieds. I received a handful of responses (two of which looked to be scam-mails) and now can't get into my account, oh and my advert is nowhere to be seen.

To top it off, one of the genuine messages I did receive said that they left me a voicemail and someone replied saying that it was a wrong number (I used the telephone priority service offered on the advert).

I have also received a message from someone on another website saying they tried to get in contact with me..

What REALLY annoys me is that I've been emailing pistonheads (using the adverts@ email) since the second week in December and had NO reply. I also emailed the news@ email address, left messages on twitter and left 3 voicemails.

I guess I can't even call it 'service' as that implies some level of response.

All to happy to take my money though...

On the subject of wrong numbers,I called about a car a dealer has advertised through PH today only to be told it was a private residence and they certainly didn't have a car for sale.

Yet another fault with the classifieds maybe?

Of course,always possible yes.

Just the same as it's possibly a fault in the classifieds.

Simply asking the question.
