It's the campsite on the left hand side just before you go through the 1st tunnel that goes under the Bugatti circuit after entering the rear of the circuit from the tram station. I've not stayed there but it appears to have electrical points so take a long extension lead and french adaptors and you should be able to tap into to it. The toilet block is near the main path so it is used by everyone walking past but maybe there's another one further in that might not be used so much? (not sure). It's secure in so much as it's inside the perimeter fence but as I mentioned anyone with a ticket can wander straight through it so I'm guessing you'll need to keep things locked away.
The campsite was created when they created the new gravel traps for the Bugatti circuit, moved the perimeter fence back and chopped Houx Annexe in half to make way for the football stadium. Think it was there in 2010?
I've considered it a few times and I'm guessing it's not a bad spot.
Enjoy

Thanks for the info guys, sounds like it should be an ok spot. We fancied somewhere reasonably lively without actually being at a techno-rave (done that at Hockenheim a couple of years back) although I know that really depends who's next to you!
I'll post a review of the site after the race.

We have used this site a couple of times and will be there again this year. It is a bit of a walk-through for the stadium pedestrian gate but remains quite quiet but really close to the village and track. The facilities are always cleaned and there are good showers, even a little coffee tent selling pastries and there is electrical hook up....can't wait...look out for 'the outsiders', we are always stickered up and join us for a beer. Taking a few tasty cars as ever.

Sounds great...will look out for you. I'll be in my old 911 so should be fairly easy to spot

Was there last year and have booked on again for this year.
Within the general entry, so none of this having to show your pass every 100 meters. Tetre Rouge and the main village (popping out by the Dunlop Bridge) are a short walk. Not trackside but close enough. Main viewing point is watching them come down from the Dunlop Bridge. Then walk about the banking and you can see them dive into Tetre rouge where there is a big screen to watch.

He he.. Our emails earlier got you looking on this thread too.Within the general entry, so none of this having to show your pass every 100 meters. Was going to add to the folks mentioning power earlier you'll need to bring some 3 way splitters and duct tape if you turn up after Wednesday. And upto 50m of cable depending on where you pitch.
Don't bring a genny like we did last year. People were basically telling us how to get to Leroy Merlin (think B&Q) so we could go and buy the needed cables and get some peace and quiet. Well at least until we got the sound system set up.
Security was better than Karting nord(which nolonger exists). We had 4 bikes pinched in 2012 but a garage vert we were walking off leaving the camp unattended and nothing got pinched. Though we did have a bunch of scouts and guides poking around asking for beer! Told them they weren't old enough.
