I wonder how they sorted the car's "track" out.......those last few pics you can really see the difference in track width of the T350 and the Sagaris body

Nice set of pics smile

Cynical me thinks "not well". Their other photos suggest they're no strangers to horrible wheel offsets and given they've lowered the body back on before resolving the problem, I fear a similar "solution" here. I'd love to be proved wrong: it would bring my T350T wide body (I haven't thought up the official designation yet) one step closer to reality...

Totally, it's not as though they can change the wishbones as they are the same

Sounds like random alloy wheels with a big offset perhaps?

Also seamed a lot of faff / man hours / cost to adapt the body when sure you can get a whole body from somewhere?

Ho hum, each to their own smile

I didn't realise the sag/ T350 roll bars are just bonded into the body what the hells the point of a chocolate roll cage.... Or do they bolt up to the chassis once the body is located?

I read something about this before and was stunned. Can't seem to recall were i read this though. Might be here on the forums.
I can only assume, that its only stabilizing the cabin in terms of rigidity/stiffness rather than being a proper roll cage. Maybe someone could shed some light on this issue.

That seems like an incredible amount of work for something that is always going to be a 350 in my eyes. Why would you not just buy a Sagaris?

For me, I'd like to have the updated chassis and other nice details from the Sagaris but keep the look of my T350, as i'm not very fond of some design details of the Sagaris.

the T350 didn't look damaged or anything, shame a good one was changed like this......the T350 is a great looking car in standard form.........very pure IMHO

IIRC just bonded at the rear... Not ideal.

If anyone uses twitter the guy that owns it and is doing it is Dan Donovan @Dub_it__Van_it is his twitter name. I ended up talking with him the other night. Seems a nice guy, from what I understand it was a good, driving T350 before.

I make no value judgements at all on this type of work.

It's his car, he's welcome to do what he likes with it.

The progress so far looks good. I hope they do a good job on it in the end.
