A lot, but no more than a very nice/original F40. The racers are generally worth a smidge less, and that doesn't have an impressive providence of wins etc under its belt, even though it's got a fair share of new parts and an extremely comprehensive/sympathetic restoration.

Epic car and an epic journey though, so interesting to see how they're built.

Wow. Just...wow. So much incredible attention to detail. That flywheel, those fuel tanks, that reverse gear, the body work, the suspension components, the electrics, the little rear screen...just fantastic.

I note that the thread doesnt show the final, finished F40 - is there any more to be added?

I hope the guy records some videos of the first start-up and then some runs once it's complete. I'll be checking back periodically for new additions!

For the moment, I'll enjoy some of the other build articles archived on there. It's amazing what some people get up to with their cars
