I must say I haven't heard many, but one that stuck in my mind was "Poisoning Pigeons in the Park" by Tom Lehrer.

Tom Lehrer is the undisputed master of the comedy song, no-one else has ever come close, apart maybe Jake Thackeray. 'Poisoning Pigeons in the Park', 'Masochism Tango', 'In Old Mexico' and the rest are all-time classics. Fantastic stuff.
