Isn't that the overflow from the radiator? The end goes in the expansion tank? Could be totally wrong

It's mounted on the passenger side of the radiator. The wee tube goes out the inner wing as an overflow (iirc).

Cheers for the replies also the power steering doesn't work very well unless the engine is revving any thing to worry about ?

sounds like its low on p/S fluid matey. What year is your RA?

1996 seems it hasn't been looked after very well :s so got bits to do before she's ready for the track

bummer dude, get all the essentials done, Just about to undergo cambelt, water pump, oil pump and exedy clutch on my 94 RA. If you can use Graham Goode for parts, he has reasonable prices and a great rep
