Can anyone point me to a thread regarding replacing rear lights to afterburner on a Chimeara.
Pictures would be good. Thanks

See yours is a 2000 - your rear lights may well be integral to the rear fibreglass section rather than bonded in - pull up the boot carpet and check.

If they are it will be a bit more involved and you will have to cut out the old lights.

Easier if you have the older Fiesta lights as these are a separate unit.

Your lights ARE integral Landrover ones, 4 separate lights. They are gorgeous and original. Don't you dare change them for those awful afterburner ones....yikes

I'd have to see them up close but I like a bit of bling on the rear. There really classy are they not Anthony lol.

Maybe I'll get some chrome bezels made up for mine instead. It is Friday night,,,,,,,, surely I can have some fun.

I've already got Adidas trainers, ,,,,,,,,,,, wooooow I've just made a mess. The exhausts in board like that, my S2 was like that. Funkie mother fecker. So that rather elaberate rear spoiler does it help on the brakes and give better grip. It must do surely. Someone's had/ having mega fun with that car.

Hilarious, every man to his own and all that!
Its a bit late for me to be busting my guts out,
Just about got my breath back,,,,,, I've thought about some kind of removable Gurney flap for tight tracks etc but that is very Nippon. I oddly admire people who personalise their motors!
Well unless your Uri Gellor!

Each to their own but I dislike the afterburner lights quite a lot. The standard arse is a sexy thing IMO.

Ehem

It may be a good thing Simon; you being in the medical profession.
It will no doubt come in handy when you have to have my size 10 extracted from your, ah, 'exhaust pipe'.

Later style rear lights coupled with a backlit number plate would be the best combo IMO. The angled rear plate not quite so neat......
