Sounds expensive to me but prices are very high in the US for Defenders. There only about 600 IIRC NAS spec Defenders in the US due to import restrictions; they are very collectible and sought after. More info on them here

They were only sold for four years 93-97 in the states, you can only import models that are 25 years and older as well.

Yep, $150,000 is the going rate for a Defender out there.

Defenders are seriously rare in North America and owned by a lot of Hollywood 'A' list celebs.
