reversing light switch

anyone got any idea where the reverse light switch on a 93L Chim is. Its the rover-esque box and clutch etc (rev is off to the left).

The rev light doesn't work however the bulb etc is fine...any suggestions greatly received

If I recall correctly it's on the drivers side of the gearbox. Access is from underneath, and once you have jacked the car up and shone a light up between the gearbox and the body, it is easily spotable mounted on a sort of bracket on the side of the gearbox. It is a small brass coloured threaded cylinder with a plunger at the top (which is depressed when reverse is selected) and two connections at the bottom. I took mine down to my local Land Rover guy to match it.

All if I remember rightly ofcourse.
