Drivers seat only going backwards

Hope someone can help, my wife's rangerover seat is not going forward, I have taken a look and now it is fully back, reclined and as low as it will go. This makes driving a little tricky, it will not go forwards or up. The motors working as it works one way but not the other, can it be manually adjusted?
