How much to fix this wing damage?
Discussion
The only thing that could fail an MoT on is "sharp edges" but it looks OK from that picture.
I think a proper fix would involve a new wing, which (including paint and fitting) would be fairly expensive. You might be able to make it look a lot more presentable by bashing it out with a hammer and using a bit of filler, though.

Rough guess - £500-£1k.
I have a Mondeo of similar age with galactic miles, worth £3.5k max. My wife managed to scrape all four panels down the passenger side against an innocent wall. They were all replaced (not bashed out) by the insurance co - I was expecting it to be written off.
Given that we had a courtesy Fiesta for the best part of a month whilst they did it, I'd reckon the total cost must have been under £2.5k to make it viable.

Cant see the MOT being a problem. With £2k to play with between a car thats ready to go and a car that needs sometime in the bodyshop I would say it comes down to what you are happier with. If you have the time to get into the bodyshop then I am certain that damage would be well under a grand to sort out and I should think if paint is around £150 per panel you might be looking at less than even £300 - depends though some shops will simply fit a new wing if they dont wish to pull it then spend labour filling and flatting.
If you havent the time to get the car to a bodyshop then pay for the more expensive car but then nothing to stop that £6k being negotiated down thus narrowing the range I mentioned?
I cant see any bumper or wheel damage. If they can blow that local repair into the wing it should be cheaper but with a new wing they will probably have to blow in part of the door. Its also then a gamble you buy the car and save some cash but find the repair less than satisfactory or paint doesnt match.

£200ish for a filler job and i reckon about £200 + the cost of the wing assuming it is bolt-on for a decent job. If it isn't bolt on possibly £400ish although these are all rough estimates and maybe more if you need to blend the door/bumper in.
Find out the cost of a wing and paint and then ask a local garage how much fro labour... avoid pattern parts as they usual require more time and effort to allign properly offsetting any savings
Or as others have suggested look for a wing in the same colour although it may not match.

sorry meant to add,
paint should be about £150 to £200 for the wing, you should be able to source one used for £50-£100 so all in from as little as £200 up to I would say a max of £500. Shop around and get quotes.
If you are handy with a spanner the wing is bolt on and off, and that would reduce costs.
Its hard to say what the damage is from the pics, possibly scratches but looks like reflections. If this is the case you would be amazed how bad some dents are that can be removed by dent devils etc.
I had one in exactly the same place removed from my Porsche for £50 and a worse one in the rear quarter of another car removed for £120, it would have been easily £1000+ to repair with panels and paint!
