I had my 997 GTRS 4.0 serviced yesterday by a certain OPC in London. I was asked whether I wanted to wait whilst the car was being serviced or go for a stroll in Chiswick High Street and come back 1.5 hours later. This was a minor service and came out at around 600 pounds and everything was looked after. Excellent!
Had mine done at OPC Swindon a few weeks ago. £668 all in and they gave me a Cayman S to play in for the day. Looks like pricing is fixed as I found same pricing on Swindon & W. London OPC websites. As we know though, customer service is not fixed across the network and I'm glad to say I'm very happy with Swindon. Looks like the next one will cost a bit more though!!!
One strange occurence, I'm taking mine in tomorrow for the £150 nav update and I was told the aircon service is due. Not convinced it's needed but wonder if not having it done could affect the option of extending the warranty later in the year. Any thoughts?

I used to take my previous 911`s there and always had good service and value. I changed to OPC Reading with my GT3 only because they have serviced it for the previous owner, I cant fault them either

Ah they've started on that scam now have they?First it was "your discs need changing" when it was still on the original pads, then it was "your front and rear suspension is worn out, but only on one side so we have to change all four" but then they healed themselves by the next check up. Same with the track control arm.
Anyway, I don't think it's a necessity for the warranty but tell them KwikFit will check it and re-gas it for £49. I did and they matched the price for me.

our local dealers let you have free use the local SPa so you can go for a swim while waiting, they also have a on site hairdresser.
