T350C kerb weight mystery
Discussion
Wiki states:
Weight: 2,616 lb (1,187 kg)
Weight Distribution - Front: 51.9% 1,200 lb (540 kg)
Weight Distribution - Rear: 48.1% 1,140 lb (520 kg)
Contradictory straight away!!!
Are they 1187 or 1060kg????
From memory the Griffith was1060kg, the challenge car was under 900kg
So anyone weighed their T350C to see???
Many thanks.

Nice looking car that you appear to use and enjoy.
So about 32 kg of fuel.
So over 1100kg empty, but not dry as in water, oils, etc.
Did the CoG set up improve the fun factor much? Chris did my GT3 and improved turn in whilst making car more drivable

I wanted a fast road car for a and b and I got it
my ride height, which is higher than most t350's you will see. as we were focusing on performance and not aesthetics ensures I make full use of travel, with the protech double adjustables. Chris has got a setting for me for track if need be too, raising the rebound slightky
overall really happy. Right I looked at weight again and it's as follows:
1262kg, with 3/4 fuel, 6kg ballast (tools etc) and 92kg person e.g. Me
so 1164 with 3/4 fuel.1132kg then - heavier than I'd expected but still over 200kg less than a lightweight GT3 :-) and less than booked.
Cheers.
Interesting about your set up - similar to my GT3 that Chris did - was great on the moorland roads round my way and never ground on speed bumps!!
See you about somewhere - many thanks

Thanks everyone - just bought a 4.3 T350C today :-) a lovely well cared for car she is too - thanks Joe!
Looking forward to collecting her in 2 weeks once fully fettled - service, mot, waxoyl top up, plate transfer, etc.
Will be able to weigh her soon - it's only curiousity but hopefully 1100kg will be about right as that means better power to weight than my outgoing car. Man maths was applied to decision making process as always.
She certainly felt a lot lighter than the R8.
Suspect cage, carpets, roof, lining, etc all adds up over the Tamora but 40-100kg lighter is easily the case.
