Where is the best place for ordering spares for servicing, eg oil filter oil etc.

Zetec R300 oil change to be done.

Opie oils, you can usually get a discount from L7C. They do discounts every month, just depends what you want.

Halfords for the filters are as cheap as anywhere.

I believe that Halfords own brand Oil is Comma just in a different bottle, which CC use themselves.

At Halfords is it the standard Zetec filter? has anyone got the filter number required. 61 plate r300. seems a stubby little filter on there at present.

A 61 plate R300 should be a Duratec engine rather than Zetec. Unless it's a car built to match an R300 with a non standard engine.

Agreed, should be a Duratec. The Halfords Motorsport oil is indeed the same Comma stuff as Caterham would sell you, it's just in a different bottle.

I'd get everything from Halfords I think personally.
