Fault Code.

A friends Honda Civic has thrown up a fault code C1405, can anyone throw any light on this and maybe the best way to go about fixing the problem. Cleared the code which put the EML out but it came back on almost immediately.

It's front wheel drive. What does the explanation of the fault code actually mean?

Total guess: If the Civics traction control works using the brakes = pressure balance valve in the braking system fked... maybe

Sounds expensive=Scrap it.

Just going to suggest, it could be a stability programme rather then TC.
