Good economical automatic for about £4000
Discussion
Hi all,
I know very little about cars which is why I am on here. I currently own a 2002 Yaris 1.3 which is on its way out and am looking to replace it - the replacement has to be automatic (I can't drive manuals).
I use it 5 days a week totalling 43 miles, 20 of which are motorway, 5 miles stop start urban and the rest fairly rural. That plus a few 5 odd mile trips and the occasional 100 mile round trip every fortnight or so.
I've been advised that a diesel would be better for me, but I'm not sure I do enough miles to justify one. I've been looking at Honda Civics, Toyota Prius and, because my brother wants to drive one, an Audi A3 2.0.
I've got a maximum budget of around £4500 cash.
I really am stuck on what to go for and any advice or help from people who know these things would be much appreciated.
