Bilstein coilover suspensuion and front air lift system?

I've seen a 997T advertised for sale with:

'Parr Motor Sport have fitted Bilstein Coilover Sport Suspension with Front Air Lift System'

Any views on whether that's a good thing, bad thing or largely irrelevant? Seems like a lot of money for what it is and does?
