Any recommendations? I want to check my blood pressure regularly, I have no real symptoms but am at the age where BP can be an issue! Two friends with strokes and another heart attack have made me more conscious!

I brought one from boots. If u want a good one. Go to boots. They measure ur arm to get right type for u and show you how to use it. I think it's a good thing to have. Can't be too safe.

Probably cheaper to get one from Boots and use an app like iBP to record it, than get the compatible one.

By all means get one, but why do you want to check it regularly? No point thinking too much about it. It's very unlikely to change significantly, quickly.
