Tracing a previously owned Mini JCW

Hi everyone.
Does anyone know how to try and find the current owner of a car which was previosuly owned by myself ?
I know the Mini was previously up for sale some time ago and I would be interested to see if the new owner would be interested in selling.
Any help would be great.
