Hats off to Walldonway

Popped down to Walldonway (service dept) this weekend with a couple of questions and couldn't believe it my battery died 2 metres before leaving their premises.

Even though they were not open for 'mechanical' business Paul pushed my car into the workshop and changed my battery (which is not exactly the quickest job on a Tuscan!).

I wanted to say big thanks to them for going the extra mile.

Yeah the service dept here has kept me on the road on a number of out of hours occassions, so credit where its due. Thanks to all at Walldonway, and sorry to Ted as I know you dont like dealer naming, but this is a positive !!!

Always done me proud too.

Its the little things like bringing a battery to a meeting and saying "just call and pay when you get the chance" that can start to take up some time (and of course eat into profits), their extra effort is really appreciated.
