Guys is it possible to check a cars MOT history, HPI, Crash damage status etc just using the reg and the vin?

The reg is PL04YRU and the VIN is JN1GAAZ33U0008784 but I don't know if I need the logbook or anything?

yes but not MOT history, you need the front of the V5
