Just tried to open my bonnet !! however, on further investigation noticed that the bolt has seared off on the drivers side. From looking at the other side it appears to be an M12 bolt could anybody confirm this & the length required I need to replace it with. Thanks in advance.

If you click on search ( top right margin ) & enter S Series bonnet hinge, you should ne able to find Norman's ( Gerald-TVR ) drawing of the assembly.

Or try Useful links at the top of the forum page.

Finally a topic I can properly contribute from (plenty of) experience - having got through several sets.

Quality of the M12 studding used is the key. I've now got B7 grade studding and it's seen its way through some harsh British roads and a thrashing round Cadwell ;-)
