Fitting a parrot ck3100 to an atego

Got lumbered with the job of fitting parrot kits to trucks and vans at work this week !
The issue I have is that some bright spark ordered all the kit with out looking at what power supply the vehicles have
After removing the head unit from the first truck all the power to it is 24volts and the parrots have a 12 volt requirement

My. Question is can a ck31000 LCD. Run on 24v

Or dose any one know an easy way to get a 12v supply up to the roof of the cab ?

I have 3 to do all 57 plate
Also I tested the. Power outlets on the dash. Fag lighter etc and they all. Put out 24v so no easy fix that way

I seem to remember there is a little "step down" box to take the 24v down to 12v.

I had to use one when fitting a stereo to a truck, but this was about 15 years ago.

That is one option but it has 2 power feeds. One perm one switched
I did some looking on the net and some sites say ck3100 can run 24v. But parrot don't say a word. Spent hours going through parrot forum and nothing and they don't open at week ends and was hoping to get them fitted before Monday

How about approaching it from the other end and looking at the truck electrics themselves?

This is an online owners manual, now I realise there is a caveat that it's for all markets (and presumably the latest version) so there's a possibility that what you want isn't on your trucks but if you look at the fuses section there appears to be two F6 & F7 in the auxiliary fuse box that are 12v supplies or 12v transformers.

Good plan didn't think of that will be next week now
Have also found an voltage reducer on line with 2feeds. Designed for fitting audio to trucks
So might just get the boss to dig deep !
