P38 brake pads

Hi all I have read a fair bit about pad materials on PH, and would like some feed back if possible specific to the P38, I am using EBC green stuff and have had then fade quite quickly in the past, was wondering if anyone could give recommendations on the yellow stuff, or go for ferrodo, any other? The car is used on road only,

For info. I have fitted yellow stuff pad snow and find them much better than the green stuff previously fitted.
