Hi I'm looking for Nav for occasional use including Paris, london etc. I don't do many miles and won't use it much, so don't need an expensive feature laden bit of kit. Just something that will get me through the capitals without too much stress.

Any recommendations?

Tomtom either as smartphone app or a standalone unit. All others are gash by comparison and I have tested them all at length. Some route wrongly, some have incorrect journey times, some can't see traffic problems very well etc. no competition IMHO

If you have a smartphone consider Copilot and Sygic, Tomtom is ok but I have found Copilot is better and has proved invaluable in Europe and the States.

TomTom seems to be very expensive too for what it is, just my 2p anyway, wouldn't have a clue about standalone units as have always used my phones.

Garmin. All others are gash by comparison. I've had dozens of different ones on the bike and car over the past twelve years.

Iphone. (Other smartphones are available)

Tomtom app

Camera Alert from the App Shop

HD traffic add-on to the Tomtom app (you can get this on a monthly basis if you don't do too many miles).

Completely sorted and what I had for my 50k a year life on the road and still have even though I'm now down to 'only' 25k miles a year.

Good luck.

Can't go wrong with a Garmin or TomTom, I have one and parents have the other (Garmin nüvi 100 and TomTom 1) both are fine imo and cheap enough
