I have at a property near Warwick a Texecom alarm control panel, looking to link the same up with an outside bell box. Can any one recommend a NSi approved installer, thanks

Did the original company not fit a bell box on the original install?

If you haven't got the Engineer Code then any company who takes over may need to crash and re program it.

Does it need to be a NACOSS installer, does it need police response?

Purchased property 18 months ago, internal bell works, but external bell does not. Rapide i understand sold out to a London company, who have informed me, that if the alarm is not set properly, ie the person after setting alarm walks around inside the property, then the alarm is only set for the internal bell to sound.

For insurance purposes I need a Nacoss approved installer, thanks for your reply.
