Hi,

My wife has a 118d and the dealer popped a boot lip protection strip in the boot for me. Thanks. :-)

However as it has been cold and wet since we picked it up I have not fitted it, once I do how would you proceed.
I have never fitted a large sticker to a car before, I have heard that there are techniques using water to slide the sticker into position and then squeegee it once in position.

On a brighter note I do build model aeroplanes so have experience of water slide transfers and am not totally mal-co-ordinated!

Thanks.

you shouldnt have to many problems wih on of those as they are quite thick, pull backing off at one end get it in place, and using a card just press down as u pull rest of the backing off and push out any bbubbles. sounds harder than it is!

you shouldnt need to use water with it, just a clean dry surface and apply.

Thank you very much. If it ever stops raining I shall get on with it. :-)
