After a quick search ive found these

Anyone ever bought from this supplier - they seem to come from India!

Hallo,

These will NOT do the job. You need the series 2 Peugeot 505 ones.
Series 1 are relativly easy to get. Series 2 difficult.
Hans.

I have two spare lenses but they are both different, One is from the original metal type which is a deeper orange on the indicator or the plastic type which is lighter, The one from the plastic type does have a slight crack which is not visible if you use it for the O/S...Yours for the cost of postage...Ziga

These are 350i ones, much smaller than the ones in the SE's.

Zig. These are the 350 type. His car is a 400 is it not?

Aye, they look odd when out. Got mine from a Pugeot enthusiasts spares site. A while ago now and the name escapes me. Gave these a clean before they went in the car. Cannot remember if the lens comes off.

If you compare Andy's versus Jeff's photos you will notice that there are two styles (the angle of the lens is subtly different). Both will fit but one requires a little fettling of the fibreglass behind the fitting.

Wondered about that. I assume Andy's are fresh out the box destined for a 505? Mine were off an old 505.

Hi

Yes mine are new strait out of a box, plus they are not an after market type.

With regard to the lens coming off, well they would if you can unclue them. In other words no they are not replacable they come as you see them. The whole unit is stuck screw into your car, they all will need fettling to fit!

Now I am really confused with all these different options!!

If im going to replace the cracked lens i guess ill replace both sides to smarten up the front of the car with all the other work im doing so it looks like ill need to buy 2 complete lights

Of all the different lights shown in the photo's which ones would fit with the least amount of work?

Thanks

The Tank/Morgan/Chapper are all the same lens - the one that you want. Due to the joy of TVR fibreglass production and aftermarket suppliers of lights your car may need a slight adjustment for the lights to fit. Zig has demonstrated that the R12 lights are of no use.
