Moda Prima?

Is a Moda Prima 2013 model at £900 in the sales a good buy for a mountain biker planning to start some recreational road cycling? I don't want to buy something too cheap and cheerful only to decide later I have to upgrade but equally I probably don't need anything too fancy!

Super spec, those wheels alone are a three hundred quids worth. I bet a triple butted alu frame and carbon seat stays is a surprisingly good ride. They used to be more popular when carbon was in its infancy, but as carbon is cheaper and people want full carbon because alu is (wrongly) considered inferior but its well worth it for £900 to be a bit leftfield.

Its well spec'd as said, you wont be upgrading anything on it for a few years
