Callisto Wheels Tyre Choice

I know that Pirelli are the tyre of choice but they offer no protection to the Callisto Alloys that stick proud by nearly a cm? Or is it p zero corsa and that's it? I'm getting bored getting them tidied up from our crap UK roads!!!! And occasionally my reverse parking!
I was wondering wether you can fit the other known performance brands that have a protective beading around them?

I had Continental Contisports on my Gallardo. They have the protective bead to which you refer. Not a bad tyre either.
