Cannot login to classifieds following listing my Ad!

Hi there

Hopefully someone here can help.

I created an ad to sell my car a couple of days ago and associated it with my forum account, all was well the car was listed, listing fee paid and I remained logged in.

Yesterday I went to login again using my forum login but it tells me my password is incorrect (despite the fact that I can login to the forums) so I click on forgot password link.

No matter what I type in here it says username or email does not exist (despite using the email address that pistonheads sent me my ad details to!) so I am unable to check for any messages against my ad.

Please can someone help, I sent an email yesterday to support.

It doesn't work, same error "Username or password was not valid" however the password is perfectly valid as I'm using it now to type this.

Its working now seems I got confused around the usernames, I thought I could use my forum login as I thought (incorrectly) it was linked to the ad.

My bad! apologies for the inconvenience and thank you very much for your help!

No worries, it is confusing and is on the list for future dev to unify the logins to one...
