Looking for a decent place (circa $100 a head) on the strip, something with some atmosphere, I enjoy steak and asian food. Any suggestions?

Smith and Wollensky. On the strip between Planet hollywood and MGM. Great steaks and good bar. usually pretty busy.

We enjoyed the Eiffel Tower Restaurant a few years ago and has great views over the Bellagio fountains, think it cost over £200 from what i can remember though.

Been a few years but the Voodoo Lounge in the Rio hotel serves amazing steaks, plus the views from the lively bar above are one of the best.

Although certain people will find it a bit tacky the rain forrest cafe in the MGM was excellent or there is a cracking steak house in the new york new york hotel, cant remember the name of it but it had a gigantic american flag on the wall in the shape of the country.

Craft steak at the MGM, possibly the best steak we've ever had.

Mandalay bay - red square
For some real views of the strip go to MIX , at THE Hotel next door. Can eat outside on the balcony, 60 odd floors up.
Stunning

Best seafood - Milos in Cosmo. In fact everything in Cosmopolitan is great. Best Chinese - Jasmin at bellagio. Best steak - probably the one in NY-NY. Best Japanese - off the strip Osaka Japanese Bistro. Best Mexican will be off the strip.

Try the In-N-Out burger or Five Guys burgers for some burger cravings.

Basically, anything in newer hotels is best. Avoid the older ones. Smith and Wollensky as somebody mentioned is very good too. I'd go for Gallager's in NY NY though. Check the menus in both.

Another tip, the Italian bistro in Cosmopolitan is excellent. Best pizza on the strip too probably.

SW in the Wynn Encore did amazing steak when I was last there (2009 iirc). Possibly the best steak I have ever had.

You might go over $100 per head if you hit the winelist hard though.

This for Asian /\

...but really you could stand centre-strip, throw a ball and go wherever it lands and not go far wrong - it's Vegas!
