Definitely, I got done for speeding late one night by a traffic car that sat on my rear quarter for several miles on an unlit dual carriagway. Tried to politely make the point but they were having none of it.
Can't have them showing how well they drive after weve paid for all that training can we.

Doesn't look that busy either - so not impeding anyone? wink

Still a pillock though hehe

I've got a very similar photo. They don't help themselves.

No surprise that he's probably at or near the speed limit hoping to nick someone for speeding or speeding and undertaking. In which case you can bet that he wishes he had an unmarked car in which case he'd probably be in lane 3.The motorway system is deliberately being turned into a joke for political reasons.

That's straightforward bad driving by the police car. Did you pass on the left or the right?

Didn't pass them, his speed was erratic going from 70 to 80mph and then back down again so I just hung back until they turned off which was about 15 mins later....

That definitely looks like a photo from the drivers side, reached over to look like it was from a passenger. Anyone in the passenger seat would've lifted the camera up higher smile))

Possibly a pillock, possibly he was keeping pace with someone. I really can't get worked up about it though.

There's f-star-wits in every job. Police driving is way better than Joe Publics.

The sure fire way to spot an unmarked car is to look at the gap in front of the rep mobile.
