Have a look here although their RRC section does not seem to be working at the moment. Excellent quality with a price to match but lifetime guarantee. You will have to buy from USA mind...

https://www.arnottindustries.com/part_LAND_ROVER_y...

Failing that, try the usual suspects e.g. Bearmach, Paddocks, Craddocks etc etc.

Please don't replace with coils!!!

I replaced all the bags from mine here. I just replaced the rubber which was about a quater of the price per corner of replacing the whole unit.

Can't find ones for the Classic on their website, 1995 P38 on but not RRC.
https://www.arnottindustries.com/manuals/index.asp
Which would bear out what they've told you.
Did they used to do them but due to lack of demand have ceased or have they never done them at all?

Bit strange then that some say they've got GenIII fitted to Classics.

Might be an idea to ask exactly what they fitted.

Or give Stuart Armson a ring & ask his advice. This from LRO suggests that there is a conversion kit to allow P38 Arnott bags to be used on the Classic:
