Golf GT TDI turbo lag??

Hi there....ive noticed these past few days first thing in a morning... the turbo on my golf doesnt kick in as early as it should normally but when the car warms up....its normal...not saying i boot it when its cold but just doesnt feel right

Can anyone help to give me an idea what it could be? Thanks

Are you talking about lag or turbo threshold? I'm guessing you mean the latter.

If so, is this a new behaviour?
