Was looking through properties in London and came across this. http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prope... go to picture 10

Would love to have that as a weekend home! The other half is less convinced and suggested I go live there with the Aston!

Blimey Josh, what's your Right Move search criteria to "stumble" upon that?! biggrin

I think a few more Pearl upgrades and our own resident "Bamford" Mike might be able to move in.

(cue George: "That's why London's such a massive rip-off. You could buy Yorkshire for that.)

It needs a new kitchen and there appears to be nowhere for the horses.

Nice sign though; maybe that is why it is £2.5 rather than £2.0

Wow. Constantly amazed how quickly you lot go off topic.

I love right move. I'm very nosy and love looking into other peoples homes without binoculars whilst hidden in bushes

Nice find, OP!

FWIW, I'm inclined to think it's a little expensive, given the size-minus-garage, despite being close to the Boltons. Whoever does buy it hopefully will have an Aston and we might see them on here.

2.5M for a 3bed terrace house, and not a particularly nice one at that (accepting the very nice historic connection). London has gone bonkers!!! You could get something stunning in most parts of the country for that, and probably still have change for an Aston or two on the drive!

The current owner seems to have a "big cat" fetish too!

Agree. Ridiculous price. But it's all about location. Apparently.

You could actually buy most parts of the country for that up North, let alone stunning bits of it!

It is a rip off! £2.5m for a 3 bed terrace?

£2.5m buys something like this near me - http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prope...

I know which one I'd rather have.

Nice. Clitheroe used to be part of my territory when I was a sales rep 22 years ago. Used to rain a fair bit. wink

Oh Dear....I'm sure that was on the front page of the AM Magazine not so long ago.

There's one along the road from Mr Gould for a similar price up here smile
